The terms and conditions governing use of the Keenwaysm platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Keenway platform, website, or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

About Keenway

Keenwaysm is operated by Keenway LLC. We provide a logistics platform that connects customers with independent drivers for same-day and on-demand freight and delivery services. Keenway LLC is not a carrier and does not employ drivers directly.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Keenway, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer using Keenway, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
  • Ensure that items tendered for delivery are legal to transport
  • Not use our platform to transport prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items
  • Be available or designate a recipient for delivery
  • Pay all applicable fees for services rendered

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers using the Keenway platform agree to:

  • Maintain valid driver's licenses and required vehicle insurance
  • Complete deliveries in a professional and timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
  • Not transport prohibited or illegal items

Pricing and Payments

Delivery pricing is calculated based on distance, delivery type, and applicable fees displayed at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Keenway reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund eligibility depend on the status of your delivery request. Cancellations made before a driver is assigned are generally eligible for a full refund. Once a driver is en route, cancellation fees may apply. Contact support@gokeenway.com for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Keenway LLC is not liable for delays, damage, or loss of goods caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, or driver error. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific delivery in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

  • Transport illegal, hazardous, or regulated substances
  • Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
  • Harass or threaten drivers, staff, or other users
  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws

Intellectual Property

All content on the Keenway platform, including logos, design, text, and software, is the property of Keenway LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
