Keenwayˢᵐ was founded by Emmanuel and his wife Claudia. Drawing from extensive trucking experience, entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine passion for outstanding customer service, Emmanuel and Claudia created Keenwayˢᵐ to specifically address gaps they saw in both the trucking industry and app-based delivery services.

Our Journey

Emmanuel’s journey started long before trucking. Initially, he co-founded a printshop partnership called BanderaGraphix, serving local churches and small businesses with custom graphic design and printing services. Though BanderaGraphix lasted three years before both partners amicably pursued separate paths, the experience sharpened Emmanuel’s design skills and deepened his understanding of effective marketing materials.

Following BanderaGraphix, Emmanuel continued as a freelancer, providing graphic and web design services to local businesses, further enhancing his expertise in visual communication and digital marketing.

Emmanuel then moved to Las Vegas, NV, stepping in to manage his late father Chef Juan Carlos Carrizo’s Italian restaurant, Pastaidea. When he arrived, Emmanuel modernized the business by launching its first website, integrating online ordering systems, partnering with delivery apps, and automating operations. This significantly boosted the restaurant’s presence across Las Vegas, improved customer satisfaction, and taught him critical lessons about business management and exceptional customer service.

In 2015, Emmanuel transitioned into trucking, beginning his logistics career by driving Over-The-Road (OTR) nationwide for Swift Transportation LLC, a recognized industry leader. He subsequently moved into regional trucking with RiteAid, further refining his skills in transportation logistics.

By 2018, Emmanuel joined local LTL trucking at USF Reddaway (later acquired by Yellow Corp.). Here, he developed strong customer relationships based on trust, professionalism, and personal attention. After Yellow Corp. closed his terminal in June 2023, Emmanuel saw it as an opportunity for innovation, prompting him and Claudia to launch Keenwayˢᵐ.

Throughout his trucking career, Emmanuel prioritized outstanding customer interactions, ensuring timely, safe, and careful deliveries. His professional demeanor, attentive customer care, and reliability earned customers' trust and respect—qualities now deeply embedded into Keenwayˢᵐ’s mission and operations.

Backed by Claudia’s support and collaboration, Emmanuel combined years of diverse experience in trucking, marketing, graphic design, customer service, and entrepreneurship to create Keenwayˢᵐ, a logistics service built around genuine customer needs.
